By purchasing from Clay It Ain’t So!, you agree to the following shop terms and policies.

Handmade & One-of-a-Kind Products
All ceramic pieces are individually handmade. Variations in shape, size, glaze, color, texture, surface appearance, and other characteristics are expected and are part of the handmade nature of the work.

Product photographs and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, device displays, glaze behavior, and the ceramic firing process.

Product Use & Care
Each product listing will identify the intended use of the piece whenever applicable.

Functional ceramics will be identified with relevant care and use information, including whether the piece is food safe, microwave safe, or dishwasher safe when applicable.

Decorative pieces, sculptures, or ceramics not intended for food use will be identified accordingly. Customers should follow the care and use instructions provided with or listed for each item.

Orders & Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting Clay It Ain’t So! as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, the sale is considered final except in cases involving shipping damage, an incorrect item, or another issue covered by the shop's policies.

Clay It Ain’t So! reserves the right to cancel and refund an order when necessary, including situations involving inventory errors, incorrect pricing, suspected fraudulent activity, shipping limitations, or circumstances that make fulfillment impossible.

Custom Orders & Commissions
Custom work may be available upon request. A nonrefundable deposit may be required before work begins.

Because commissioned ceramics are created specifically for an individual customer, deposits become nonrefundable once materials have been purchased or work has begun. Pricing, payment schedule, design expectations, and estimated completion time will be agreed upon before work begins.

Handmade commissions may contain natural variations and cannot be guaranteed to be identical to reference photographs, previous pieces, drawings, or digital designs.

Shipping, Returns & Refunds
All purchases are also subject to the Clay It Ain’t So! Shipping & Delivery Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts these shop policies.
